Getting started
help.start_text
Create your company profile, invite team members, define roles, and add approved Company Brain information.
Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, and other services from Integrations.
Create records, assign agents, review approvals, and use Overview, Reports, and Notifications every day.
CRM workspace
The CRM is the shared system of record for your customers, prospects, work, knowledge, and financial context.
Accounts
Group customers and organizations. Link contacts, leads, invoices, and activity to the right account.
Contacts
Store people, companies, communication details, notes, and history. Search contacts and use them as context for agents.
Leads
Create opportunities, assign owners, set value and stage, connect a contact, and always record the next follow-up.
Activities & Tasks & reminders
Record calls, meetings, emails, notes, and outcomes. Tasks make the next action visible with an owner, priority, due date, and optional AI agent.
Company Brain
Add approved policies, FAQs, pricing, and playbooks. Agents use this trusted information instead of guessing.
Departments
Organize people and agents by Sales, Support, Operations, Finance, or your own departments.
AI agents
Agents are predefined CRM roles. Purchase them individually or through a plan, then assign work from their workspace.
Choose agents
Open AI Agents, review each role and seat usage, and activate only the agents your team needs. Human team members do not consume agent seats.
Give agents work
Open an agent workspace, provide the desired outcome and relevant record, and review its activities, tasks, drafts, and approval requests.
Customize safely
Adjust the agent’s tone and operating settings through the form. Its CRM competences remain predefined; approval checkboxes control sensitive actions.
Tools and workspace features
Use these areas to keep the whole customer and operations cycle in one place.
Integrations
Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for permitted email and calendar context. Connect WhatsApp through the supported business integration.
Communications
Review synchronized email and WhatsApp conversations. Agents can match contacts, qualify requests, create work, and prepare replies according to their role.
Import data
Import Contacts, Leads, Invoices, and Expenses from validated CSV files. Review skipped rows and errors in Import history.
Workflows
Turn events such as a new lead, payment, or invoice into tasks and activities. External or high-impact actions remain approval-controlled.
Boards
Use Boards for projects, campaigns, sales work, and team execution. Organize groups, owners, statuses, priorities, deadlines, dependencies, calendar dates, and Kanban views.
Reports
Review pipeline, revenue, invoices, expenses, payments, activities, workload, and agent operations to find bottlenecks.
Automation, billing and intelligence
Worcora automates repeatable work while keeping important decisions visible to your team.
Approvals
Agents prepare external messages, calendar changes, financial actions, and other sensitive work. An authorized person must review, edit, approve, or reject it.
Competitor Intelligence
Activate the add-on from Billing, confirm competitors, and receive monitored product matches, price changes, historical data, and useful daily reports.
Billing and plans
Review subscriptions, localized prices, invoices, agent purchases, and add-ons in Billing. Stripe webhooks—not the browser return—confirm activation.
Frequently asked questions
How should I start?
Complete the company profile, add trusted knowledge, connect the tools you use, import existing records, and start with one agent and one workflow.
How do I create a useful lead?
Add the opportunity title, connect a contact or account, set the stage and value, assign an owner, and create a task for the next action.
How do agents use CRM data?
Each predefined agent can use only the CRM areas and actions assigned to its role. Approved Company Brain content provides trusted context.
Why do I need to approve an action?
Approval protects external communication, financial changes, deletion, calendar actions, and other consequences. The agent prepares the work; a person decides.
How do integrations work?
Connect the provider from Integrations, complete its authorization, then synchronize Communications or Contacts. Reconnect if authorization expires.
How do I import data?
Open Imports, choose the entity, upload a CSV with one header row, review validation results, and correct rejected records before importing again.
How does Competitor Intelligence work?
Purchase the add-on, approve or add competitor websites, then Worcora crawls public information, matches equivalent products, stores price history, and emails meaningful changes.
Where can I monitor the business?
Overview is the daily snapshot. Communications, Leads, Tasks, Boards, Reports, Notifications, Approvals, and Billing provide the detailed operational views.
