Worcora™ legal information

Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026
By creating an account or using Worcora™, you agree to these terms. If you use Worcora™ for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for that company.

1. The service

Worcora™ provides a CRM workspace for managing business information and optional AI agents for defined operational tasks. The core CRM may be used without purchasing AI agents. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your login details, and promptly report unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting people, assigning roles, and controlling connected services.

3. Your data and permissions

You retain ownership of the content your company submits. You grant Worcora™ permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to import data, connect external accounts, send communications, and instruct agents.

4. AI agents

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed when appropriate. Agents are restricted to their configured roles. Worcora™ does not guarantee that an agent will identify every issue, make every decision correctly, or replace professional legal, tax, financial, medical, HR, or other regulated advice. Approval controls should be used for sensitive actions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Worcora™ to break the law, abuse third-party services, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, or circumvent usage, security, billing, or agent controls.

6. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Paid plans and agents are billed according to the price shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current paid period; access remains active until the next due date. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, fees are not refundable.

For EU/EEA consumers, statutory consumer rights apply, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Where a customer asks us to begin a digital service during that period, the customer may be asked to expressly acknowledge that performance begins immediately and that the withdrawal right may be lost once the digital service has been fully performed. Business customers may have different rights under applicable commercial law.

7. AI transparency and human control

Worcora™ identifies AI-generated work within the workspace where applicable. AI agents operate within defined roles and are not a substitute for professional advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and configuring appropriate approvals, especially for employment, financial, legal, or other consequential decisions.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Worcora™ available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or events outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worcora™ is provided without implied guarantees and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the applicable period.

9. Contact and changes
