3. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Worcora™, process subscriptions, synchronize integrations at your request, operate scoped AI agents, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with law. We do not sell customer CRM data.
4. European data protection
For European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Swiss users, Worcora™ processes personal data under applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where applicable. Depending on the activity, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with a legal obligation. Companies using the CRM generally act as controller of their business data and Worcora™ acts as processor; Worcora™ may act as controller for account, billing, security, and support data.
Where required, customers may enter into our Data Processing Addendum. International transfers are protected using an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
5. AI processing
AI agents only operate within the role, permissions, knowledge, and approval rules configured for them. Depending on the agent and your configuration, selected content may be processed by an enabled AI provider. Your workspace controls which agents and integrations are active. Sensitive or external actions can require human approval.
5. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email delivery, payment, identity, hosting, security, and AI providers to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their contracted function and are required to protect it. Integrations you connect may also process information under their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and security
We retain workspace data while the workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use access controls, encrypted credentials, HTTPS, approval workflows, and audit records, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. Workspace users should first contact their workspace administrator. Contact us at support@worcora.com for privacy requests.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
